Registration for Summer 2023 is open.
Each summer, the Sierra Nevada Field Campus offers both accredited classes and non-credit workshops. The registration process for each of the two types of classes requires separate instructions and processes. Registration for accredited classes is offered through the College of Professional & Global Education (CPaGE). Registration for non-credit workshops are offered through the University Corporation (UCorp), a San Francisco State University entity.
As part of the process of registering for classes you will also need to make a reservation at the Sierra Nevada Field Campus. If you plan to stay on campus, you can pay for meals and accommodations here. Off campus accommodations are also available. Please note that you may reserve all or some meals even if you are not staying on campus. IMPORTANT: You must fill out a reservation form, even if you will not be staying on campus or taking any meals.
Note: If a workshop is full, please continue through the registration process and submit a completed registration form with your chosen workshop or class and your intended dates, lodging, and meal plan but do not submit payment at the last step. If you are admitted into the class, we will work with you to submit payment.
Registration for Workshops
- Complete the SNFC Registration Form
- Make payment through UCorp (workshop fee and meals/housing fees) via the CashNet button at the end of the form.
- If a workshop is FULL you may join the waitlist on the SNFC registration form.
SNFC registration is complete once you have made payment to UCorp.

Registration for Accredited Classes
- Register for your class through the CPaGE website. Then,
- Complete the SNFC Registration Form, even if you are not staying on campus or taking any meals.
- If a class is FULL, please email SNFC Director to join the waitlist: firstname.lastname@example.org.
SNFC registration is complete once you have made payment to both CPaGE and UCorp.

If you need to add to an existing reservation, click on the button below. Note: Please be sure the director has been notified of all changes and additions to your reservation before submitting payment. You can email the director at SNFC@sfsu.edu.
